Why you should ... watch Love, Rosie

This film just makes you sigh with delight. Lily Collins and Sam Claflin play two best friends who have known each other for forever. They have their little inside jokes as friends have when they've known each other that long and talk about, e.g. Alex' weird dreams. Of course, it's predictable but not all obstacles that are thrown in their way to happiness could have been foreseen. It's not entirely romanticised, especially Rosie having a child (not that I have experience with that but it seemed pretty realistic).
It's the story of two people struggling with problems people all over the world have to deal with but always mixed with funny moments and heartwarming smiles.
What I would like to mention as well is the camera work and the lighting. I love the close ups of the people and the contrast between the hectic party shots and the tranquil and peaceful ones.
It is one of those films that make you feel happy to be alive and I think that is important to remember wherever you are.

Au revoir, little biscuits *melting into a romantic little puddle of kitsch*
